Exercise 1

  • draw a rectangle
 
     

Exercise 2

  • create a new design

  • draw a square

 

Exercise 3

  • create a new design

  • draw a rectangle

  • draw a line to cut the rectangle

  • trim the line and rectangle as shown in the mouseover

 

Exercise 4

  • draw a rectangle

  • convert three sides to arcs as shown in the mouseover

 


Exercise 5

  • draw a rectangle

  • draw arcs in each of the corners as shown in the mouseover

 

Exercise 6

  • draw a rectangle

  • draw a line to join the centres of two adjacent sides

  • draw a line to join the centre of the opposite side of the rectangle to the middle of the new line

  • trim ends to produce the shape shown in the mouseover

 

Exercise 7

  • draw three lines to form a triangle

  • All lines must join

 

Exercise 8

  • draw two circles

  • draw two lines tangent to the two circles

  • trim the circles to produce the shape in the mouseover

 

Exercise 9

  • draw three concentric circles
 

Exercise 10

  • draw a spline
 

Exercise 11

  • draw intersecting ellipse, rectangle and circle

  • trim to produce a shape similar to that shown in the mouseover

 

Exercise 12

  • draw a circle and a line

  • draw a tangent to the circle and line as shown in the mouseover
